    Dolphins Flag Football League

    NFL FLAG’s no-contact rule and team-oriented environment make it easy for kids to come together, learn football fundamentals, and most importantly—have fun! Plus, it’s convenient teams only meet once a week on Sundays for 2 hours. Teams are open to boys and girls in grades Pre-K through 8th grade. Each season will run for seven weeks in Boca Raton, Gainesville, Hollywood, Palm City/Stuart, and Wellington/WPB. 

KEEPING YOUTH SPORTS FUN

Flag football is the perfect opportunity to be active, make friends, and play on a team. Boys and girls of all abilities and experience levels can learn how to play.

As the official league of the NFL, every team receives NFL-branded jerseys and equipment. Even more, all coaches complete yearly health and safety trainings, as well as a background check at the beginning of each season. And each official completes a certification course to ensure the game is always played fairly.
