Spring 2025 - WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT

The Spring 2025 Season is approaching! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support.

Effective communication is essential for a successful league experience for all. Throughout this season, emails and texts will be sent containing important information. To ensure you receive these messages, please add us to your safe senders list and check your filters to confirm that messages are not directed to junk mail, spam, or clutter.

Below are answers to common questions. For additional inquiries throughout the season, participants can email [email protected] or call 954-569-6020.


2025 IMPORTANT DATES FOR DEVELOPMENTAL & ELITE LEAGUES:

JANUARY 3RD: Spring season registration opens.

MARCH 9TH: Spring season registration closes today, and this is the last chance to register for a spot on a team. Some locations may already be at capacity. If you are placed on the waitlist, you will be contacted via email if an opening becomes available.

MARCH 10TH - MARCH 21ST: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules, and more during this time.

MARCH 21ST: All rosters and schedules will be posted and sent out to families via email.

MARCH 25TH: Mandatory Virtual Coaches Meeting for all volunteers at all league locations. Assigned volunteers will receive a shirt and a game ball prior to the start of the season.

MARCH 30TH: Meet and Greet Day: Teams will meet their coaches and participate in their first practice. Please bring your mouthguard! 

APRIL 6TH: 1st Day of Games: Practice will take place 1 hour before the scheduled game time each week.

MAY 18TH: Final Day of Games. The final Lombardi and Shula games will take place along with the Madden Playoff/Championships. Game times for all divisions will be determined after Game #5 once standings are finalized. 

JUNE 1ST: Makeup date if necessary.

MARCH 30TH: Teams will meet their coaches, receive their equipment, and participate in their first practice. Please bring your mouthguard.

MAY 11TH: Final Day of Practice. Last weekly session of the season. Participants will receive their award for completing the program.

MAY 18TH: Makeup date if necessary.

Please note: Schedules for each league are subject to change based on factors such as field availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any updates or changes will be communicated promptly, so please check the schedule regularly for the most current information.


EQUIPMENT:

  • Jerseys, flag belts, and a mouthguard must be worn each week. Jerseys and flags, along with any additional merchandise ordered during registration, will be distributed during the Meet and Greet. A mouthguard is required for participation—bring your own or purchase one at the Game Day Tent for $5, payable via Zelle. 

  • Shorts or sweatpants without pockets should be worn for practices and games. If a participant wears shorts or pants with pockets, the pockets must be taped down to prevent hands or fingers from getting caught when pulling flags.

  • Participants may wear any type of plastic-molded cleats, athletic shoes, or sneakers. No metal cleats allowed.


COMMON QUESTIONS:

WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?
Our mandatory coaches meeting will be held on March 25th. You should hear from your child's coach prior to the season's Meet and Greet.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EQUIPMENT?
Jerseys and flags, along with any additional merchandise ordered during registration, will be distributed during the Meet and Greet. Players are required to wear a mouthguard for every practice and game. Additional mouthguards and flag belts will be available for purchase at the field each week.

WE WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME OF THE ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE AFTER WE COMPLETED THE REGISTRATION BUT THE OPTIONS ARE NO LONGER SHOWING. CAN WE STILL PURCHASE ANY OF THOSE ITEMS?
Once registration is complete, optional merchandise cannot be added to the initial order. However, families are welcome to visit our NFL Flag Fan Shop at any time to show their team spirit or purchase official NFL Flag gear!

WILL TOUCHDOWN FOR TOTS PARTICIPANTS PLAY ANY GAMES?
No, Touchdown for Tots participants do not have any scheduled games. The program is a 1-hour commitment per week for 6 weeks. Towards the end of the program, participants will have scrimmages during their weekly session as a fun way to apply the skills they've learned.
