The Dolphins Flag Football Developmental League is open to boys and girls in grades Pre-K through 8th (ages 4-14). It consists of 7 practices and 6 games held on Sundays, featuring a non-contact, co-ed 5v5 format with teams of 11-12 players. The league is designed for first-time players to learn football fundamentals and for those looking to improve before moving to more competitive leagues.

Divided into three divisions based on age, the league offers:

• Lombardi Division: Ages 5U & 7U
• Shula Division: Ages 7U & 9U
• Madden Division: Ages 10U, 12U & 14U

Teams are formed based on age, skill level, and requests (for friends or coaches). Team sizes are kept small to ensure equal playing time. Volunteers are crucial to the league, with parents encouraged to sign up as coaches or assistants.

The league also offers unique benefits for participants, such as access to Miami Dolphins events, discounts, and exclusive experiences.

The Elite League is designed for young athletes, ages 6-14 (1st to 8th grade), who want to develop and compete at a higher level in flag football. The league offers non-contact, co-ed 5v5 games with 7 practices and 6 competitive games held on Sundays. Teams are made up of 12-15 players, ensuring ample playing time for each participant.

Touchdown for Tots is a fun, introductory flag football program for boys and girls in Pre-K and Kindergarten (ages 4-5). This 6-week program is held on Sunday mornings and focuses on teaching young athletes basic football skills through drills, mini-games, and weekly character-building lessons, such as teamwork, encouragement, and respect.

The program includes one hour of practice each week, with no games. Children will learn key football fundamentals like positions, catching, and handoffs in an engaging environment designed for beginners.

Teams are formed based on age and skill level, with small rosters (5-10 players) to ensure ample playing time. Parents can request to have their child placed with friends or certain coaches, though these requests are not guaranteed.

Volunteers are essential to the program, with positions available for parents to coach or assist. The program offers a unique opportunity to connect with the Miami Dolphins, providing access to events and discounts.
